Shipping policy

1. PROCESSING TIME Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and US federal holidays. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be modified, rerouted, or cancelled.

2. DELIVERY TIME (UNITED STATES) Standard shipping: 8–15 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control are not grounds for refund.

3. INTERNATIONAL FULFILLMENT NOTICE Products are shipped from international fulfillment partners outside the United States. Tracking is provided by email once the package is dispatched.

4. SHIPPING COSTS Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected service. Shipping costs are non-refundable except as described in Section 3 of our Refund Policy.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES Orders shipped within the United States typically incur no customer-side import duties under current de minimis thresholds. If duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are assessed, the customer is solely responsible for payment. Refusal to pay duties resulting in a returned shipment is governed by Section 5 of our Refund Policy.

6. ADDRESS ACCURACY AND DELIVERY FAILURES

The customer is solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

(a) Incorrect or incomplete address. If a package cannot be delivered because of an address error provided by the customer, the customer bears all resulting costs. We offer two options: (i) reshipment after the customer pays a new shipping fee equal to the carrier's cost, or (ii) store credit for the item price only, minus original shipping and any carrier return fees. No cash refund is available in this scenario.

(b) Failed delivery or unclaimed package. If the carrier is unable to deliver and leaves a pickup notice, the customer is responsible for collecting the package from the carrier within the carrier's stated holding period. If the package is not collected and is returned to the sender, it is handled under option (a) above.

(c) Address changes after dispatch. Once an order is dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed, as shipments are handled by third-party carriers. A customer who has provided an incorrect address, moved, or is otherwise unavailable assumes responsibility for any resulting loss.

(d) Risk of loss. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer when the carrier marks the package as delivered.

7. RISK OF LOSS Title and risk of loss pass to the customer when the carrier marks the package as delivered. Theft, weather damage, or loss occurring after the delivery scan is the customer's responsibility.

8. SHIPMENT DELAYS If a shipment shows no carrier movement for more than 30 calendar days from the date of the last tracking update, contact support@theretropixel.com. We will open a carrier investigation. Refunds or replacements are issued only after the carrier confirms loss in writing.

9. PO BOXES, APO/FPO, US TERRITORIES Available. Transit times may extend to 20+ business days. The same delivery and risk-of-loss terms apply.

10. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS We ship only to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to:

  • Countries outside the United States.
  • Embargoed or sanctioned regions.
  • Freight forwarders without prior written approval.

Orders placed to undisclosed freight forwarders are subject to cancellation; shipping fees in such cases are non-refundable.
